As young leaders, we take ourselves pretty seriously. In light of most of our age’s, it is sometimes a challenge to get others to see us in the same way. However, life experiences and interactions with older leaders teach us that half those battles can be won by our dress codes because the psychological effects of clothing are not limited to our own senses of self. But also to the way others perceive us.
Yet contrary to this popular belief, supernova Phuti Mahanyele assured me in all wisdom that we can’t always live by that.
